Sustainable and eco-friendly campsite in Marina Palmense

We have nature at heart 💚

Our camping village is nestled in the beautiful nature of Valsugana, directly on the shores of Lake Levico and surrounded by the mountains of Trentino. ​​​​​​​

How could we not wish for the full enhancement and preservation of such an environmental heritage?

Here at Lago Levico Camping Village:

  • we have installed a new photovoltaic system 
  • we use electric vehicles and battery-powered equipment for maintenance
  • we use 100% clean energy from renewable sources
  • In 2024, we initiated a collaboration with Green Future Project  to monitor energy consumption and to calculate CO2 equivalent emissions. This project allowed us to develop the Carbon Footprint Report related to 2023, which provides a full overview of the emissions generated during the year.

The analysis revealed that in 2023, our impact was only 2.8 kg of CO2 equivalent per overnight stay. This already very small result encourages us to implement further actions to reduce emissions and transform Lago Levico Camping Village into an increasingly sustainable accommodation facility.

iCamp Ltd. avoided 149,000 kg of co2 in 2024

Our photovoltaic system

Thanks to aco-financed project by the European Community and the Autonomous Province of Trento, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) call for proposals, we installed a new photovoltaic system for sustainable energy use and production, with an annual supply of 252,256 kWh and a peak power of 230.45 KW.

  • Total cost of the project: € 239,092.90
  • ERDF contribution: € 95,637.16
