What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible within 45 days of arrival date.
In the event that a deposit is paid, a voucher of equal value will be issued for use within the following season (the voucher is transferable to a third party).
For any cancellations out of time and/or no-shows without prior notice, the deposit will be retained in full. The reservation will be considered valid until 9:00 a.m. of the following day, in case of no-show and/or communication by that time, Management is free to sell the reserved asset to others.
For arrivals and departures different from the booking dates, payment of the entire booked period will be required in any and all cases.
These conditions apply to all reservations that do not state a different cancellation policy.

Is it possible to purchase travel insurance?
In order to make an insured reservation, simply choose (or request) the INSURED rate during the reservation process. The rate that protects our guests from unforeseen events by guaranteeing reimbursement of up to 100% in the event of cancellation and assistance during the stay for the reasons stated in the Insurance Policy. Included coverage valid from booking to check-out. CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: reimbursement up to 100% of the prepaid amount in case of cancellation, valid for unforeseen events such as illness (COVID-19 included), hospitalization, accident, vacation cancellation. ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: From arrival to departure you will be able to take advantage of medical assistance, baggage insurance, theft and roadside assistance. Is it possible to make a reservation?
Of course! Reservations can be made through our Online Booking system or through the form on our website. Emails and reservations are handled within a 48-hour time frame. All types of accommodations and pitches may be reserved and preference for a specific type may be expressed (for those who make a reservation by the end of January). However, management reserves the right not to assign the customer what was agreed upon in case any problems arise.
Adjacent pitches and accommodations may be requested; it will be the responsibility of our Booking Office to give information about availability. The booking practice has a fixed cost of 10€, charged directly to the customer account.

Are there fixed days of arrival and departure?
There are no fixed days of arrival and departure for pitches. During high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required (except for any last minute availability). For accommodations, days of arrival and departure vary depending on the type of accommodation. Please refer to the online Booking system on the website. Minimum stay for Pentecost, July and August: 5 nights.
Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm the booking?
To effectively confirm the reservation for the periods stipulated by the Booking office, the payment of a deposit is required. Payment can be made through our BePay platform either by credit card or bank transfer.
There are periods when the deposit payment is not necessary, but for the reservation to be considered confirmed there must be written confirmation from the facility. During the periods when the system does not require it, the reservation must still be confirmed by both parties. The mere request for availability directly from the website of the campground or by e-mail shall not be considered a definite booking under any circumstances. Unwritten booking confirmations (by phone or otherwise) are not to be considered valid.

When do I have to pay the balance of my vacation?
The balance of the stay (minus the deposit) must be paid during the day of arrival. Once the check-in paperwork is done, the balance can be settled at the cash office. Methods of payment are: cash, debit and credit card (we do NOT accept American Express)
Can I change my booking?
The Booking office is available for changes if there is availability. The first change is made free of charge, from the second onwards an extra charge of €15 per practice is applied. Changes are handled only in written form, by sending an e-mail to info@campinglevico.com. Only after confirmation by the Booking Office will the modification be considered valid. You will be charged an amount of 10€ for the management of each reservation.
Is it possible to stay at your campground without a reservation?
It is always possible to arrive without a reservation, but without any guarantee of finding a place to stay.
Reservations are required for accommodations during the high season. During the low season, you might find an accommodation even arriving without a reservation.

Are there any special offers and/or discounts for direct bookings?
A 4% discount is applied for stays longer than 14 nights with cash payment. The special offers and discounts applied are accessible to everyone at the following link https://www.campinglevico.com/en/offers-list. They are not cumulative.
Do you accept cards for discounted rates?
We accept 2 kind of cards: TOPCAMPING CARD and ADAC card. They are valid during the periods explicitly indicated. They must be presented on arrival, before the registration phase. They are to be considered valid only for some type of pitches (communicated upon arrival by the check-in office). However, they cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. In the RV park only the PLEIN AIR card is accepted.
Where can I find your price list?
Lago Levico Camping Village follows the dynamic pricing policy, therefore it is not possible to find an online price list. The rates applied during the opening season of the campsite can be calculated by simulating a quote on our BOOKING ONLINE page. Prices are expressed in euros and include 2 people (regardless of age). The use of electricity (the Management reserves the right to charge an additional fee if the electricity costs undergo significant variations), water and toilet facilities with shower are also included in the pitches rates. The accommodation rates include utilities. Extra people (from the 3rd up) are charged according to the extra rates and based on their age.
What services are offered included in the price?
Toilets: available to our customers there are 4 bathroom blocks for common use and 1 bathroom block with 19 bookable private bathrooms (for exclusive use for the Lago Superior and Lago pitches).
Electricity: varies from 6 to 10 Amps according to the type of pitch (the management reserves the right to charge a supplement if the electricity costs undergo significant variations).
Private beach: the beach is for the camp's clientele only, is partly covered with turf, and is particularly safe for children. Going down to the shore it is covered with typical lake stones. The use of water shoes is at the guests' discretion. From Pentecost to mid-September, the beach is supervised by lifeguards.
Baby service: the facility boasts a small Baby Service at the orange bathroom block (4th block on the map), equipped with a baby bath, changing table and other useful baby care services. As of 2024, the white bathroom block (5th block on the map) has been totally renovated and a new baby area has been created with a toilet, sink area, and shower area to their size. It is completed by a small Baby Service, organized like the other one.
Bathrooms for the disabled: 3 out of 5 bathroom blocks feature a fully equipped bathroom. By requesting a key from the reception desk (released on deposit), our guests can use the equipped and accessible bathroom for free, complete with shower (with chair by rule), toilet and sink.
Entertainment: the holiday village offers entertainment service, with the period varying from year to year, usually starting from Pentecost and lasting until mid-September. Ours is an international entertainment, to satisfy all our kind clientele. Since this is a Family Village, the focus is on the 3-13 age group. However, the range of activities and entertainment is wide and varied, to satisfy even older guests.
Our pools: the facility has three swimming pools (one large, one medium and one small) and a large area called Laguna. The water, during off-season periods (and/or if management deems it necessary) is heated. The use of a cap is not mandatory. The opening hours vary according to the period. Guests can use (free of charge) beach umbrella spots with sunbed.
Wifi: 5GB available for free via password access. It is possible to increase the gigabytes available for browsing and the connection speed by purchasing extra codes.
Sports fields: the facility recently renovated the sports area, enclosing soccer, beach volleyball and badminton courts in a single area.
AGILITY DOG AREA: within the sports area, a large area has been dedicated to the exercise of your 4-legged friends.
BBQ area: the facility boasts an organized area with gas BBQ stations. This service is upon reservation at the Reception Desk. BBQ on the pitch or by our accommodations is still allowed, as long as it is NOT with charcoal.
Playground area: Playground available for our little guests, with options to satisfy children of all ages. However, supervision by at least one parent or guardian is mandatory for children under the age of 12.

What are the front desk opening hours?
Reception desk hours vary depending on the period; standard hours are from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is extended until 11 p.m. in high season.. After 11 p.m. it is no longer possible to access the campsite by vehicle, but it is possible to access the RV park located in the area in front of the Reception (24-hour automated access with payment by cash or card at the automatic cash desk). For payments, guests must go to the cash desk. The hours remain unchanged for the entire season and are: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 4 p.m.-7 p.m.
Are there any identification bracelets?
A colored identification bracelet will be given to all family members upon check-in. The bracelet is not transferable and serves as a method of controlling access to the campsite and use of the campsite services.
Are there Minimarket, Bar or Pizzeria in your Camping?
Inside the campsite there are a Minimarket, a Restaurant-Pizzeria and a Bar; the Restaurant-Pizzeria and the minimarket are open from the beginning to the end of the season with variable hours according to the period. The Bar opens during the Pentecost period and closes around mid-September.
Come mi devo comportare se ho delle intolleranze/allergie?
Our Restaurant is not Gluten Free certified, although gluten-free dishes can be found within the menu proposal. However, non-contamination is not guaranteed. It offers food suitable for vegetarian diet.
The Market, of medium/small size, provides some gluten-free or lactose-free products or products suitable for a vegan diet.
At the Reception you can get specific information about local Restaurants-Pizzerias certified Gluten Free or careful to particular intolerances/diets. There are also several supermarkets nearby that feature different product lines suitable for various intolerances/allergies.
The Market, of medium/small size, provides some gluten-free or lactose-free products or products suitable for a vegan diet.
At the Reception you can get specific information about local Restaurants-Pizzerias certified Gluten Free or careful to particular intolerances/diets. There are also several supermarkets nearby that feature different product lines suitable for various intolerances/allergies.
Does the restaurant also offer take-away service?
The restaurant offers a la carte menu with on-site or take-out options. The pizzeria service is active only in the evening, except for the high season (you should check with the facility in any case).
Its proposed menu tries to satisfy different types of diets. Although it is not gluten-free certified, it has gluten-free dishes on the menu (but never guarantees non-contamination).

Are visitors allowed?
Visitors of our guests are admitted upon registration at the Front Desk. They are subject to a designated daily rate. Management may decide not to allow access to the facility if it is not deemed appropriate.

Accommodations: available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. To be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If the accommodation is already available before the defined time, it will be available in advance.

Are final cleaning included in the price?
Upon departure, please leave the pitch/accommodation clean and tidy. Garbage should always be taken and thrown into the
designated areas, the kitchenette must be tidy and free of dirty dishes. In case of check out, the Management reserves the right to be able to
check the accommodation in order to assess any deficiencies and / or damage and, where it deems it appropriate, will charge the cost of €70.00 as a penalty.

Is it necessary to pay a deposit on arrival?
The Management reserves the right to request a security deposit from young and/or large groups, for stays in accommodations but also on pitches (100€). the same will be returned upon check out if the accommodation has not been damaged in any way.
Otherwise, The Management reserves the right to subtract from the amount due the amount of material damage suffered.
There are also free ancillary services for which we require a security deposit, payable by cash. The import ranges between 10€ and 50€ depending on the service requested.

Is there an entertainment service?
At the campsite, there is an international entertainment team from late May to mid-September, ready and available for the enjoyment of young and old! There is no extra cost for participation in entertainment events. The weekly program of activities is available at the Reception.
Are there any speed limits inside the campsite?
We kindly ask guests to respect the speed limits indicated inside the campsite and in its immediate vicinity. In particular, it is mandatory to respect the 10 km/h limit with any vehicle and slow down, paying attention in the vicinity of the busiest areas of the campsite, such as the entertainment area, playground, restaurant, bar and minimarket.
Is it possible to access the campground 24/7?
Access to the campsite is allowed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., it is only possible to walk in through the pedestrian gate (it can be always opened through a numerical code). Between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., silence is required for our guests who would like to rest. At this time, it is still possible to arrive on the pitch and/or accommodation.
After 23.00 it is not possible to access the campsite with any vehicle
Entrance and exit gates open automatically during campground access times; it is possible to enter/exit with your vehicle upon registration of the car license plate number during check-in. The correctness of the reported license plate number is critical for the electronic system to read it. Please respect the light signals of the traffic lights placed near the entrance and exit gates.

If I come in an RV, can I bring my car inside the campsite as well?
Only one vehicle is included on the pitch (in case of arrival with RV and/or tent, in case of arrival with caravan one car is included). Extra cars can be parked in the designated parking areas, inside and outside the campsite. The parking outside our property is free for those who wanted to park the car outside rather than on the pitch, but it is charged per each extra vehicle (daily rate according to current price list). Should you wish to park a second car on the pitch, it will be charged according to current price list.
If I come by motorcycle, do I pay as if I had a car?
The possibility to park up to 2 motorcycles is included in the pitch rate. Should there be more, from the third motorcycle onwards, the rate of the current price list applies.
How are any maintenance interventions managed?
We ask our kind guests to promptly notify the Reception of any problems, failures or malfunctions detected on the pitch or in their accommodation. Our maintenance staff will intervene according to a corporate priority scale, in the shortest time possible. The fastest way to report a problem is to contact the Reception directly (Please do NOT use WhatsApp messaging and/or other types of chat for this type of communication). If the reported problem relates to private property and/or customer objects, our maintenance staff is not required to proceed. Our Reception staff will give the needed support in finding the best assistance.
Do you have an ATM service?
There is no ATM machine at the facility for cash withdrawals. The Reception staff will be able to help provide directions to the nearest ATM.
How can I reach the campsite if I come by bus or train?
Levico Terme can be easily reached from the city of Trento both by bus and by train (stop: Levico Terme). Consult the timetables in effect during the desired period on the website www.trenitalia.com or https://www.ttesercizio.it/.
What is the nearest airport?
The closest airports are Verona (https://www.aeroportoverona.it/), Treviso (https://www.trevisoairport.it/) or Venezia Mestre (https://www.veneziaairport.it/).
Are public transportation services available?
About 300 meters from the campsite there is a bus stop for buses to and from Trento.
The train station is about 1.5 km from the campsite.

Is there a taxi service?
Urban TAXI service in Levico does not exist, but it is possible to request an ad hoc transfer service by contacting the Reception staff. Rates vary according to the operator contacted and depending on the route requested. They will be communicated in advance before confirming the service.
Is there a shuttle bus service?
From May to September, the Municipality of Levico offers tourists and citizens a small train that acts as a shuttle bus, connecting the campsite with the town center and vice versa.
The service is subject to a fee, the ticket can be purchased directly on board and is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on an hourly basis (approximately every 50 minutes), except for the time frame between about 12 noon and 4 p.m. In July and August, the small train also runs in the evenings. The detailed timetable and detailed information on the route can be found at the Reception.

Do you have safe deposit boxes?
It is not possible to deposit any amount of money at the Reception as we do not have a safe deposit box.
Is it possible to receive incoming mail and/or shipments from couriers?
Certainly, it is important that on incoming mail the guest details are specified and, if possible, also the pitch and/or accommodation details. It will be our staff's concern to contact our guests and inform them of the received mail/goods.

How are lost and founds managed?
Items found and delivered at the Reception Desk are registered and catalogued; they remain in storage for a few months. During this time they can be claimed. The staff will take care of verifying the actual storage and, if necessary, may proceed with the shipment (charges to be paid by the customer) or the return of the item.
Are there any pharmacies nearby?
In Levico Terme, about 1.5 km away from the campsite, there are several pharmacies on the main street of the village (Farmacia De Prez and Farmacia Romanese). They are open every day except Sundays and holidays (during the season one of the two is almost always open even during these days). The reception staff is however available to check the timetables of the nearest pharmacies on duty.
Are there any Hospitals nearby?
The nearest hospitals are: Borgo Valsugana and Trento with first aid service.
What should be done in case of Emergencies?

How can I make a complaint?
For any complaints we invite our guests to contact the campsite Reception. The staff will be available to listen and try to resolve the issues underlying the complaint as quickly as possible.

Do you also have an RV park?
In front of the campsite is our RV park, open from the end of March to the beginning of November. The price varies according to the period and is inclusive of all the people staying, electricity, water charge and discharge, toilets with showers. There are also sinks for washing dishes, a washing machine and dryer (both coin-operated).

In winter, the office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. During the opening period of the campsite, the office is open every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (hours may vary according to the period).
Do you have WIFI connection available for guests?
The campsite is fully covered by Wi Fi network; access is available and free of charge by logging in with the appropriate password and for a maximum of 5GB. Faster connections with higher data traffic are available for an additional fee. All the information for the correct use of the service can be found at the Reception (Information office). Please note that the use of the Internet by minors must be authorized and supervised by an adult responsible for the minor.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is applied to all people aged 14 and over and amounts to € 1.50 per night for a maximum of 10 nights. Any exemptions are possible upon signing a specific form (military, disabled, thermal treatments, etc..).
